Many of those responsible for the operations various departments were in competent in their respective technical fields, may were not. however, little or no concern was raised either about those who were ill prepared or those who performance were not value as much as loyality to the industry and it’s managers leaders.
In the past, economic conditions were such that small scale industries makes heavy profit, as demand for it’s product was strong.
